A traditional stone-built cottage, located in the heart of Listaros village. It is a three-level house of approximately 92 sq. m.

Each one of the first and third levels has one autonomous bedroom with a semi- double and a double bed respectively.

The second level comprises a living room and a fully- equipped kitchen.

The living room has a wonderful fireplace and a sofa which can be transformed into a double comfortable bed. In addition, the cottage has 2 bathrooms equipped with big stone-built shower units.

Concerning the external spaces, has one large yard in front of the main entrance and a balcony in the third level with a wonderful view to the South Cretan Sea and the mountains of Psiloritis and Asterousia.
