Two preservable traditional, furnished tourist houses

The two houses are use the existing Municipality networks for electricity and water supply. There is no sewerage network, there is an underground watertight sewage tank which operates according to an approved study.

The two houses operate with EOT Special Mark as furnished tourist houses. They are independent from each other, having two individual entrances. They are fully equipped and have been designated as preservable buildings by decision of the Ministry of Environment.

House 1 consists of a ground floor of 60.85 sq.m. which includes kitchen – living room, toilet, a double bedroom. The yard has an area of ​​30.03 sq.m.
On the 1st floor of 33.88 sq.m. there is a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The 1st floor terrace has an area of ​​20.31 sq.m.

House 2 consists of a ground floor of 51.87 sq.m. in which in an open space are kitchen – living room, with a double bedroom and the bathroom. The yard has an area of​​7.54 sq.m.
The 1st floor of 24.95 sq.m. includes a single bedroom. The veranda of the 1st floor has an area of ​​21.84 sq.m.
